My 6000 plus mile trip is scheduled to start from the South
Florida area, up through Tampa, North through the East Coast as far as Virginia
Beach, over the mountains to Indiana, West to Wyoming, South through Nevada and
Arizona, back to Texas, than home again to South Florida sometime after Labor
Day. In total, I have about 70 days
planned on the road, with a whole list of stops and people to visit along the
way.
Obviously if I become bored along the way I may shorten or
modify my plans. (Or conversely, stay longer if something strikes my fancy –
like a lonely female hitch-hiker or something).
I’ll make every attempt to update the Blog site on a routine
basis and notify everyone via e-mail . I
suspect there will be places where my cell or laptop won’t operate, so don’t be
surprised if a couple days go by with no word from me. If I’m lucky, or feel productive, I may even
post pictures! Won’t that be a thrill?
